Financial Planning for Small Business or Sole Trader
Entering into a small business can be daunting. This course will give you the skills and knowledge to determine the financial viability of your business. Develop a financial plan which will help you to establish pricing strategies, basic budgeting, and projected cash flow, identifying costs and monitoring the profitability of the business.
MYOB Certificate
Learn how to better manage your business finances and rceive a Statement of Attainment in BSBFIA304A – Maintain a General Ledger (using MYOB). The first class focuses on Bookkeeping, and during the following four classes you will learn how to navigate through the MYOB system and complete entries. At the completition of the fourth class you will be assessed for a Statement of Attainment. To do this course you will need basic computer skills.
Advanced MYOB
When you improve your MYOB skills, you save time and money! . This three part course will enhance your knowledge of MYOB, teach you how to trouble shoot and how to use many of the specific features of MYOB that will improve your business operations. To do this three part course, you must have a working knowledge of MYOB, and have completed a basic course.
Three parts is designed to target three essential components of business management.
Part A: Sales & Purchases
Part B: Inventory & Time Billing: - Tracking of stock and /or those who need to bill for their time.
Part C: Payroll & Reports: - Vital for employers/business owners to analyse a business.
